This policy explains how Workshyft LLC, doing business as Byztek Solutions (“Byztek,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Who we are and what we do

Byztek helps businesses win more customers and run more efficiently. Our services include customer acquisition and appointment setting, AI automation, cost savings reviews and business growth consulting. Some of our services include automated assistants that respond to and book appointments from a business’s own customer inquiries.

2. Information we collect

• From business owners and prospects: name, business name, email, phone number, business details you give us, and billing records.
• From customers who contact a business we serve: name, email, phone number, general location, and answers to questions about their request (such as service area and timeframe).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and cookies.

3. How we use it

To reply to inquiries, book and confirm appointments, send reminders, deliver and improve our services, report results to the business we work for, handle billing, and meet legal duties. When we handle a customer’s information for a business, we use it only for that business’s inquiry and booking service.

4. Automated assistant

Some messages are written and sent by an automated assistant. Each such message says so, and you can ask for a person at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the business you contacted, with service providers that run our tools (for example our messaging, email, calendar and payment providers), and when required by law. No mobile information (phone numbers, opt-in data or consent) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Text messages (SMS)

By ticking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Workshyft LLC, doing business as Byztek Solutions about your inquiry or appointment, such as confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not opted in. You opt in by ticking the unchecked consent box on our forms at byztek.io.

7. Email

We email you about your inquiry, appointment and results. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.

8. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to BusinessGrowth@byztek.io. Your state’s laws may give you additional rights.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

11. Children

Our services are not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes

We will post any updates on this page with a new effective date.
